What it's for

Support is one dialog away. You pick a day and time, say what you need, and we confirm by email or offer other times. When we need to see your screen, we open a support visit you can watch.

Steps

  1. Open the account menu (the RB tile at the top of the rail) › Help & support, or Settings › Help › Request support.
Book a time with the Race Bureau team
Settings › Help › Request support
  2. Choose Request support. The dialog asks for a day and time, and a note ((optional) — say what you were doing and what happened).
  3. Choose Send request. The dialog confirms Sent. Race Bureau support will confirm by email, or offer other times. Your earlier requests are listed under Your requests.

A support visit

  • Support opens your account only for the visit you asked for. Every visit is listed under Settings › Club › Team & access › Race Bureau support accessed your workspace: when, for how long and how much it did.
  • Anyone signed in to that account is told when support joins, can follow along, and can press Do not disturb to end the visit.

What success looks like

An email confirming the time, and afterwards a reply that says what was done.
