Settings

You, your club, users and access levels, workspace, race day, entries, money and help.

Settings follows the app's own menu. Each page here matches one settings screen. Who is on the account and what each person sees is on Accounts and access levels.

  1. Accounts and access levelsOne club account, the people invited onto it, the built-in and saved levels, Off or On per step and screen, what is always a person's own, what is admin-only, what a timer or TD invited for one event sees, and support visits.
  2. SettingsThe settings rail: You, your club, Workspace, Race day, Entries, Money and Help, with Find a setting at the top.
  3. ProfileYour name as it prints on documents, your default nation, your phone and the app on this device.
  4. Sign-in & securityChange the password you sign in with; the connector token lives on Timing & connector.
  5. DisplayText size, font, row density, accent colour and metric or imperial units: yours only, on every event.
  6. Club detailsThe club's name, its own address on racebureau.com, and whether people can find and join it.
  7. Branding & logosThe club's logo library, and which logos print on official documents.
  8. Public lookHow the club's public pages look, and how they sit inside the club's own website.
  9. Team & accessWho is on the club's account, the level each person holds, the club's own access levels, and the support visits log.
  10. Access levelsThe club's levels — Admin, Full Race Bureau, ROC, Timer and the club's own — each a grid of Off or On per step, screen and settings page, kept on Team & access.
  11. Tabs & featuresYour own view of the workspace: which level you use for yourself, picked under My view on Team & access. Off hides — nothing is deleted.
  12. NotificationsWhich events email the club: a new entry received, a TD attention item. Push is planned.
  13. Side menuWhich side-menu buttons show big, in tiles or as rows — for you, or as the club default.
  14. Step menusWith the top bar: how many screens drop down under each step, and which. With the stage rail, Side menu replaces this page.
  15. List formats & exportWhat the Export button produces, and your own named sets of columns for every list and sheet.
  16. Timing & connectorWhich system is the official timing (external timing software or Race Bureau timing), the timing-laptop connector and its licence token, and the .spro template library.
  17. Timing checksThe four rules every timed race is checked against, and their thresholds: the account's default, copied to each race.
  18. Forerunner bibsThe bib range this event's forerunners wear: A wears the first bib, B the next, up to 26.
  19. PublishingWhat goes out, to whom, and when. The page is listed in Settings but holds no settings today.
  20. Entry linksThe public addresses where people enter the club's races without signing in, the embed snippet, and which FIS races the club form may take.
  21. Entry form builderWhat the club's own entry form asks: fields, design, settings, confirmation and emails, with a live preview.
  22. Entries by emailThe club's entries address: forward entry forms to it and they arrive parsed in your Inbox; set how often it is checked.
  23. Club points listsThe club's own points list, uploaded from another system, that club-race entries are checked against.
  24. Club paymentsThe club's own Stripe, its entry fees and GST number, bank transfers, payment terms and Xero. Race Bureau never holds the money.
  25. Plan & billingWhat the club pays Race Bureau: the free pilot, the plans, the on-site day, the card on file, and the invoices.
