What it's for

A club race can check each entrant's External ID against a list the club loads from another system, and fill in name, year and category from it. This page holds that one list. A new upload replaces the old one. The FIS and ANC points lists are not here; they are downloaded under Entries.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › Entries › Club points lists.
What is loaded now, and the upload
    Club points lists
  2. Loaded now names the list, how many athletes it holds and when it was uploaded, or reads No list loaded yet — External IDs are accepted but not checked.
  3. Under Upload a list, choose an .xlsx with a Person ID column and press Upload list.

What success looks like

Loaded now names your file with its athlete count, and the entry form's External ID check fills in the athlete's details.
