What it's for

Your own view of the workspace is the MY VIEW card on Settings › Team & access (the page Tabs & features used to be; an old link lands there). You pick the level you work with for yourself — Full Race Bureau, ROC, Timer or one of the club's own — and the rail shows only the steps that level has On. A club that never times works on ROC; a timer who never organises works on Timer. Nothing is deleted by Off; pick a wider level and everything is there.

Your view can never show more than the level a super admin gave you under ACCESS LEVELS; it can only hide. Never switchable are the active-race controls, your account menu, Settings and Log out — the way back is always there.

Steps

  1. Open Settings › the group named after your club › Team & access and scroll to MY VIEW.
  2. Pick Full Race Bureau, ROC, Timer or a club level. The choice saves on its own (My view saved).
  3. Go ‹ Back to racing: the rail shows the steps that level has On.

What success looks like

The rail shows only the steps you want, and a step you need is one pick away under MY VIEW.

If something goes wrong

  • A level is missing from the list, or a step stays hidden on every choice: your own level caps it. Ask the club's super admin to switch it On under ACCESS LEVELS (Access levels).
  • The pick reads Custom and is greyed: your current view does not match any saved level; pick a named one.
