Technical Delegate

The TD's door, dashboard, checklist, documents and reports.

The TD sees the race from day one, with read access to the archive and working access to the current race. The TD's whole season is on The Technical Delegate's profile.

  1. The Technical Delegate's profileHow a TD is invited, what their door opens, what they can read and write, the checklist, the documents and the meeting, the jury forms, the FIS cross-check, the phone — and what the organiser sees of them.
  2. Technical DelegateThe TD's own door: the events you are assigned to, the race screens you share with the organiser, your checklist, documents, forms and notes.
  3. Invite and the TD doorHow a TD gets access: FIS assigns on a FIS race or the organiser invites by email, a 7-day link, then the FIS Technical Delegate door on the doors screen.
  4. EventsMy assigned events (open and edit) and past events of the same organiser (read-only).
  5. Race InformationThe organiser's own race Header for the active race: jury, track, weather, course setters and forerunners, which you can edit on a current event.
  6. Competitor ManagementThe competitor list the organiser and timer work on, for the active race: read-only by default, editable when the organiser granted it.
  7. Run SheetThe organiser's Run Sheet for the event, day by day, which you and the organiser edit together.
  8. Pre-race ChecklistYour pre-race obligations per race day, ticked under your own login and time-stamped. Record-keeping, never a gate.
  9. DocumentsThe shared event pool: what the organiser shares, what you file back, the required-document slots, and the organiser's TD archive.
  10. Team-Captains' MeetingOne meeting per race day: the attendance roster, the FIS agenda checklist, your working ticks and notes, and the organiser's live minutes.
  11. Header details on the phoneReview and fill the race's Header Info in Race Relay: jury, track, weather, course setter and forerunners, on the same record the platform prints from.
  12. Jury & MinutesThe official FIS forms you chair the Jury with: Protest, Minutes of Jury Decisions (with and without protests), Report by the Referee, filled in a popup and filed with the event.
  13. CommsAdd yourself to Race Relay as the TD; you land in the event's ROC / Jury group. The organiser runs the groups.
  14. Official documentsOne card per race: the released start lists and results, the saved penalty calculation, the hand-time calculation, and the FIS files once FIS accepted them.
  15. Timing report and penalty checkPer race, the timing report and the FIS results file show only once FIS accepted them; the saved penalty is checked against FIS's and FIS wins.
  16. Reports & RecordsThe official FIS report forms after the race: TD Report, Additional Report (Courses), TD Accident Report, FIS Injury Report.
  17. TD NotesFree writing per race, TD to TD only: never shown to the organiser, never sent to FIS; later TDs read it on old races.
  18. ICR SearchA question in, the relevant ICR article out, verbatim, with an English–German comparison; the full official FIS rulebook one press away.
