Header details on the phone

Review and fill the race's Header Info in Race Relay: jury, track, weather, course setter and forerunners, on the same record the platform prints from.

What it's for

The race's Header Info, on the phone, for a club admin and for the event's TD. 📋 Header details sits on the Program tab and opens the same record the platform's Race Information › Header Info holds: the Competition jury with its Show ticks, Track characteristics (the homologation from the FIS library, course, start, finish, drop, length), Weather (marked Fill in after the race), Coursesetter and Forerunners A–E, per run. Each box saves when you leave it; a person row opens a sheet and saves on Save. The platform's changes reach the screen every 20 seconds while you are not typing.

Who may open it is decided on the server on every read and write: a club admin for every live event of the club; the TD for their live invited event only, and never a race the club unticked for them.

Before you start

  • Your phone connected as the TD from Comms, and a live event with a race day.

Steps

  1. In Race Relay, open the Program tab and press 📋 Header details.

  2. Pick the Event and the Race; on a two-run race pick Run 1 or Run 2 for the run-specific sections.
  3. Under Competition jury, tick Show on the rows that print, and press a row to open its sheet and fill the person; press Save.
  4. Under Track characteristics, pick the Homologation; the course fields fill from it. Type anything else.
  5. After the race, fill Weather.
  6. Under Coursesetter and Forerunners, press a row, fill the person, press Save.
  7. ‹ returns to the Program.

What success looks like

The platform's Race Information › Header Info shows what you typed, and the next printed start list carries it.

If something goes wrong

  • The screen reads No access.: this phone is not connected as the event's TD or as a club admin.
  • No races.: the event has no race yet.
  • TBC: the dev TD's phone could not be seated in a club with a race day during the walk, so the steps follow the screen's code and words, not a screen walk.
