What it's for

The same Header Info screen the organiser and the timer use, for the race on the ACTIVE RACE card: COMPETITION JURY (per race day, applies to both runs; your own row is auto-filled from the assignment), TRACK CHARACTERISTICS (the homologation picked from the FIS library, course, start, finish, drop, length, gates, directions, starting time), WEATHER (fill in after the race), COURSESETTER and FORERUNNERS per run. You and the organiser edit the same fields; there is no copy. On a current event the lens reads ✎ You can edit; on an archived one, 🔒 Read-only.

Before you start

  • An event open and the right race on the ACTIVE RACE card.

Steps

  1. Open Race Information from the side menu.
The Header for the active race, run 1 or run 2
    Race Information
  2. Pick Run 1 or Run 2 for the run-specific blocks. The jury applies to both.
  3. Fill the fields. A name box searches the FIS list as you type.
  4. Press Save race information (or 💾 Save Header at the top).
  5. ⧉ Copy coursesetter & forerunners into Run 2 copies the run blocks; ⧉ Copy to other races sends the panel to other races of the event; ⧉ Copy from another event… pulls one in.

What success looks like

The saved jury and setters appear on the printed documents, in the Run Sheet's jury block and on the Team-Captains' Meeting attendance roster.

If something goes wrong

  • A field will not save: the race belongs to an event you only read (archived), or the organiser unticked this race for you.
