Technical Delegate
The TD's own door: the events you are assigned to, the race screens you share with the organiser, your checklist, documents, forms and notes.
What it's for
A Technical Delegate signs in on the same page as everyone else and opens the FIS Technical Delegate door. The TD screen is one event at a time: a dark rail on the left with the TD chip and your account menu, a side menu with the TD's screens, and the page. The side menu is grouped: The race (Race Information, Competitor Management with Competitor fields and Check Quota under it, Run Sheet, Alerts raised to ROC), Before the race (Pre-race Checklist, Documents, Team-Captains' Meeting), Official documents, Jury (Jury & Minutes, Reports & Records, TD Notes) and Reference (ICR Search, Comms).
Every race-scoped screen follows the ACTIVE RACE card at the top of the side menu; Change picks another race of the event. The page header carries a lens chip: ✎ You can edit or 🔒 Read-only, decided screen by screen from what the organiser granted and whether the event is current or archived.
Before you start
- An event you are assigned to: FIS assigns you on a FIS race, or an organiser invites you (see Invite and the TD door).
Steps
- Sign in and choose FIS Technical Delegate on the doors screen (with one door you go straight in). You land on Events.
Rail, side menu with the active race, the page with its lens chip - Press Open ▸ on an event. The side menu's ACTIVE RACE card names the first race; press Change to pick another.
- Open the screens from the side menu. ✎ above the groups lets you set each door to Big, Tile or Row for yourself (the same as Settings › Side menu › TD profile for a club user).
- On a phone the screen has a header and bottom tabs: Events, Checklist, Jury, Notes and More (the whole side menu as a sheet).
What success looks like
Your current events are listed under My assigned events, the race you are working is on the ACTIVE RACE card, and the lens chip reads ✎ You can edit on the race screens of a current event.
