What it's for

Twenty obligations seeded from the FIS TO Support Document checklists and ICR 601.4.9.1, in five groups: A · Documents & records, B · Entries & seeding, C · Course & technical, D · Safety / medical, E · Jury / admin. Each row carries its ICR reference. The list is per race day (it follows the ACTIVE RACE), every tick is stored against you with a time stamp, and the summary line counts done, follow-up and not started. It does not gate the organiser's publishing.

Steps

  1. Open Pre-race Checklist from the side menu.

    Pre-race Checklist
  2. On a row, pick Not started, Done, Follow-up or N/A. The row shows its new mark at once and saves behind it; a refusal puts it back.
  3. Press Change on the ACTIVE RACE card to tick the next race day's list.

What success looks like

The summary line reads 20 done (or every row Done or N/A) for each race day before the first start, and each row shows the date and time you ticked it.

If something goes wrong

  • The page reads Open one of your assigned events to work its checklist: no event is open.
