What it's for

The TCM is TD-chaired (ICR 216 / 601.4.4) and there is one per race day; the page follows the ACTIVE RACE. Attendance lists the jury from Race Information plus one Team captain row per nation in the race (the registered coach's name fills in where one matches). The Meeting checklist / agenda follows the official FIS checklist: a Technical part, an Administrative part and Miscellaneous for your own notes. The organiser's minutes show live at the foot, from Comms › Meeting Minutes. Your ticks and notes are your working state, saved as you go; the filed FIS attendance list and checklist are the official record.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Team-Captains' Meeting from the side menu.
Attendance, the agenda, the organiser's minutes
    Team-Captains' Meeting
  2. Press — in the PRESENT column to tick a person present (✓); press again to untick.
  3. Press ○ on each agenda row as it is covered. Type anything else under MISCELLANEOUS.
  4. Press 📝 Fill in the official FIS attendance list and 📝 Fill in the official FIS TCM checklist to file the official forms in the popup; they list under the buttons for that race day.

What success looks like

Every present row reads ✓, every covered agenda row reads ✓, and both FIS forms are filed for the day.

If something goes wrong

  • No jury or entries on this event yet: the roster fills as the organiser enters the jury and entries land.
  • No decisions/notes recorded yet: the organiser writes the minutes under Comms › Meeting Minutes; this page only reads them.
