Public look
How the club's public pages look, and how they sit inside the club's own website.
What it's for
The club's public page (join, enter a race, live, results) on its own address, and the look it wears: template, colours, font, logo, corners. Match my site reads the colours and font off the club's website so the pages blend in; the embed snippets put each card inside the club's own site. The page is listed only while the club's public home is switched on.
Before you start
- The address chosen under Club details.
Steps
- Open Settings › the group named after your club › Public look.
Address, Look, Preview, Match my site - YOUR PUBLIC PAGE shows the address. Copy link copies it; Change the address › goes to Club details.
- Under LOOK, pick a Template (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Race day), the Primary colour and Button colour, the Font (Race Bureau or Website), Club logo (Shown / Hidden) and Corners (Square / Round). The PREVIEW (phone and desktop) redraws as you go.
- Press Save look. Race Bureau look puts the defaults back.
- To copy the club's website: under MATCH MY SITE, paste the Website address and press Read my site; accept the proposed look, then Save look.
- Advanced holds a Custom CSS box behind its own switch, for a web person.
- STANDINGS SHOWN PUBLICLY lists the club's championships; switch each on or off.
- Under PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE, enter the websites allowed to frame the pages (one address per line) and press Save websites, then press Copy snippet beside Club home, Enter a race or Join the club and paste it into your site.
What success looks like
The club's address opens a page in the saved colours, and the snippet shows the same page inside the club's website.
If something goes wrong
- The page reads Public pages are being switched on: the club's public home is not on yet. Ask Race Bureau support.
- A framed page shows nothing on your site: the site's address is not in the Your website list.
