What it's for

Every released official document of an event — Start List Run 1, Start List Run 2, Results, per race — is on one public page, /results/<event>, reached from the club's Results card and from the race archive. It exists once the run 1 start list is released. A re-release replaces the sheet in place, so the page always shows the latest. A hidden event is not there.

On a phone the sheet is drawn as a table in the sheet's own order: rank, bib, name and time always stay; other columns drop from the end of the sheet when the screen is narrow.

A sheet inside a protest window is tagged Provisional; a sheet with a lodged protest is tagged Protested; an official sheet is Official.

Steps

  1. Release the sheet from Results & publish (see Release and protest windows).
  2. Open the club's home and press Results, or open /results/<event>.
  3. Pick the race and the sheet. Each one can be opened as a PDF.

What success looks like

The released sheet is on the page within a minute, with the club's logo and colours once the public home is on.

If something goes wrong

  • The page says Not found: no run 1 start list has been released for the event yet, or the event is hidden from the public.
  • An old sheet shows: release again; the new one replaces it.
