What it's for

The season's record of volunteering: one row per person with their roles, the events and days they did, attendance against sign-ups, no-shows, lift passes and pass cards. Print it for the committee, export it, or send everyone a thank-you.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Crew › Volunteer report.

    The volunteer report
  2. Choose Whole season or This event.
  3. Read the columns: ROLES, EVENTS, DAYS, ATT/SIGN (days attended out of days signed up), NO-SHOW, LIFT (lift passes), MYPASS.
  4. Press 🖨 Print / PDF or ⬇ CSV to take the list away.
  5. Press ✉ on a row to email one person, or ✉ Thank-you (N) to send a thank-you to everyone ticked.

What success looks like

The report lists everyone who helped this season with the right day counts, and the thank-you has gone out.

If something goes wrong

  • ATT/SIGN shows 0 for people who were there: attendance was not marked. Go back to Sign-ups & attendance and press Showed.
  • TBC: the report shows days, not hours — whether hours per role are planned is not confirmed.
