What it's for

Crew is step 2 on the rail, "The people who run it". It holds three groups of screens:

  • Volunteers — your club's people directory, the per-day roster of positions, the public sign-up page, attendance and the season report. See Volunteers.
  • Coaches & teams — the coaches on this event, how a coach joins, and the racers no coach has claimed. See Coaches.
  • Access — the Race Relay groups for the event, one card per person in the club, and what each timer or TD can see. See Groups.

Pressing Crew opens Volunteers. The other screens are the rows under it.

Before you start

  • An event open (the event name shows at the top of the side menu).
  • The volunteer screens are saved per club and shared with the timer running your event. They are never shown to another club.
