What it's for

One email to the members you choose: the whole roster, only those who owe money, only juniors (sent to the parent), one per family. The subject and message take placeholders, and the recipients are listed before you send.

Before you start

  • Members with email addresses on the Roster.

Steps

  1. Open Members › Emails.
Who gets it, the message, the recipients
    Email your members
  2. Under 1 · Who gets it pick the Season, the membership state (Active members, Pending (not paid yet), Not renewed, Everyone on the roster), the Membership type, the Age (Under 18 goes to the parent or guardian), and tick Only members who owe money or One email per family (to the family payer) if wanted. The Recipients list on the right updates.
  3. Under 2 · The message write the Subject and Message. Insert {firstName} (whoever opens it), {memberName}, {memberNumber} or {clubName} with the buttons. Your club's name and contact details are added at the bottom.
  4. Check the Preview for … line, then press Send to N addresses.
  5. The Sent log below records each send: subject, who, how many, skipped, by whom.

What success looks like

The recipient count matches the filter you meant, and the send appears in Sent with no skipped addresses.

If something goes wrong

  • A member is missing from Recipients: they have no email address — add one on their member page.
  • Skipped is more than zero: those members had no address or had the same one as another member.
