What it's for

Enter races joins the roster to the race office. Pick a race — yours or another club's — tick members, and they go onto the start list checked like any other entry. Below, every entry in the race is shown with its membership and payment state, so you can send a membership or payment link to anyone who needs one. The same screen sets whether each of your races is members-only and what members and guests pay.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Members › Enter races. Under 1 · Pick a race filter All, Our races or Other clubs and press Pick on the race.

  2. The members table appears: tick the members to enter. NOTE warns of a mismatch (for example Men's race); FIS says whether they are on the FIS list.
  3. Press Enter N members. They land in Manage Competitors for that race.
  4. Under Entries in this race · membership and payment read each racer's MEMBERSHIP (Member, Membership not paid, Not on members list …), PAYMENT and CHECK. Press Send membership link or Send payment link on a row, or accept the entry as it is.

  5. Under Our races · members only and prices set each race: tick Members only; tick Online entry: non-members must join first to make the public entry form ask a non-member to join and pay first; enter the Member and Guest prices; choose the Entry fee rule (Club setting, Separate from membership, Includes membership). Press Save.

What success looks like

The ticked members are on the race's competitor list with their membership shown, and the only rows with a link button are the ones you meant to chase.

If something goes wrong

  • A non-member entered a members-only race: members-only never refuses anyone — they are entered with a Check for the race office. Send the membership link, or tick Online entry: non-members must join first for next time.
  • A blank price raises no charge; entries you make here or in Manage Competitors are always accepted.
