What it's for

Reports is the committee page: how many members, of which type, age and gender; how much was charged, paid, due, refunded and waived per type; the new members this season; and spreadsheets to download. Every download is recorded in the activity log.

Before you start

  • Members on the Roster with dates of birth, or the By age table shows Age not known.

Steps

  1. Open Members › Reports. The counters are ACTIVE, PENDING, NOT RENEWED, RENEWED and NEW MEMBERS.
Counts by type, age and gender; money per type
    The Reports page
  2. Read By membership type, By age (age on the season's start date) and By gender, then Money · Season per type: CHARGED, PAID, DUE, REFUNDED, WAIVED.
  3. Under Download, tick the Columns you want in the member list, then press ⬇ Member list, ⬇ Contact list or ⬇ Under-18s with guardians. Each is a CSV that opens in Excel. Removed members are left out.
  4. Press 🪪 Cards for all active for the membership cards.
  5. New this season lists first-season members; Activity shows who changed what, latest first.

What success looks like

The counts match the roster's counters, the money table matches Payments and refunds, and the download opens in Excel with the columns you ticked.

If something goes wrong

  • By age shows everyone as Age not known: dates of birth are missing — add them on the member pages or through Import.
