Money
The club's money, in the club's own accounts: reports, the ledger, refunds and credits, refund policies, coach accounts and who is owing.

What it's for
Race Bureau connects the payments and never holds them. Entry and membership money is paid into the club's own Stripe or bank account; Race Bureau records every line, writes the receipts, quotes the refunds against the club's own policy, and can post it all to the club's Xero. The Money area is a set of tabs under the club's Members shell: Reports, Ledger, Refunds & credits, Refund policies, Coach accounts, Owing. It exists only while the club's money feature is switched on.
Three roles inside a club: an admin (everything), a treasurer (money and reports, no editing members) and a helper (the roster, attendance, no money). A refused page says so in words.
Steps
- Open Members from the foot of the rail, then Money reports (the Money area opens on Reports).
The club's tabs, then the Money tabs - Move between the Money tabs under the header.
- The settings behind the money (Stripe, fees, bank account, GST, Xero) are on Settings › Money › Club payments.
Where each thing lives
- Mark a fee paid, waive or void it, match bank transfers: Payments and refunds.
- Refund one payment: the Refund button on its row (Refunds and credits).
- Refund a whole race, day or event: Bulk refund on Refunds & credits.
- What a parent or coach sees when they pay: The pay page.
