Fonts, row styling, margins, title alignment and the logos placed on every PDF for a race.

What it's for

Printing parameters decides how a race's PDFs look: the font family and size of each title and table part, grey row shading, page margins, where titles sit, and the logos on the first page. The PAGE DESIGN sheet on the right redraws as you change a margin or move a logo.

Logos are uploaded here and are also the ones Race notice offers.

Before you start

  • The race picked under ACTIVE RACE.
  • Your club's and sponsors' logos as image files.

Steps

  1. Open Set up › Printing parameters.

  2. Under FONTS, set the family and size for Title 1, Title 2, Document Title, Subtitle, Footer, Headings, Filter and Lines. Leave Automatic table adjustment ticked unless you want fixed widths.
  3. Under ROW STYLING, tick Show as table and Grayed rows, and set the Gray level percentage.
  4. Under MARGINS, set TOP, BOTTOM, LEFT and RIGHT in millimetres for the first page and the following pages. The first-page top and bottom bands reserve room for logos.
  5. Under TITLES ALIGN, choose Center, Left or Right for the 1st page and Following pages.
  6. Under LOGOS, give the logo a name, press Upload and pick the file, then press ＋ Add logo. Drag the logo into place on the page design; drag a corner to resize it. Tick Show logos on 1st page only if later pages should be plain.
  7. Press 💾 Save print settings.
  8. To reuse the settings on another event, press ⧉ Copy from another event… on the new event.

What success looks like

The next PDF from any Print / PDF box carries the fonts, margins and logos you set, with the logos where you dragged them.

If something goes wrong

  • A logo prints on every page: tick Show logos on 1st page only and save.
  • The Race notice says No logos yet: upload the logo here first; the notice reads this list.
