What is free, what the one plan costs, and what Founding Club means — as the website states it.

What it's for
There is one plan, with everything in it. The current prices and offers are on racebureau.com/pricing; this page tells you where they show up in the app.
The plans, as the website states them
- Free — the first 10 clubs get everything, free for 6 months (the free pilot). Every club after the first 10: free up to 25 athletes per race, no time limit, no card needed.
- One plan · everything in it — NZ$1,500 a year, or NZ$150 a month. Unlimited events, races and entries; no per-entry fees, no feature tiers.
- Founding Club — NZ$1,000 a year for clubs that sign up and pay by 31 December 2026. The price is locked for two years, with priority support for those two years, then the normal plan.
- On-site day — an add-on for annual plans: one visit per club, NZ$1,500 including GST and all travel.
The prices above are the New Zealand ones. The pricing page shows them in your own currency. Every club gets remote onboarding from sign-up.
Where it is in the app
- Settings › Money › Plan & billing (also in the account menu as Plan & billing) shows YOUR PLAN, the free offer with how many of the 10 places are left and Start free pilot, and CHOOSE A PLAN with Founding Club, Annual and Monthly, each with Pay by card or Invoice me.
- The Monthly plan can be paused off-season.
What success looks like
Your plan is named at the top of Plan & billing, and the features you use are not capped by it.
