What it's for

A live count of entries per nation for one race against the quota for its gender and discipline — the FIS quota table for a FIS race, the Cup rules for an ANC race. A nation over its quota is flagged in the table.

Before you start

  • The field entered for the race.

Steps

  1. Open Entries › Check quota. The 📊 Quota check dialog opens on the Active race.
Nation · Entered · Quota · Status, with the total field under the race picker
    The Quota check dialog
  2. Pick the Race and the Quota rules (FIS race or ANC Cup).
  3. Read Total field N entered · max and the table: NATION, ENTERED, QUOTA, STATUS (OK, HOST · OK, or flagged over).
  4. Press ⟳ Update quotas from FIS to load the current FIS quota table; the line under it says which table is loaded and when.
  5. To record an approved override (a double quota, say), edit the cap on the nation's row and press Save caps.
  6. Press Close.

What success looks like

Every nation reads OK, or the over-quota nation is known and its cap recorded with the approval behind it.

If something goes wrong

  • The quota column is empty: no FIS table is loaded. Press ⟳ Update quotas from FIS.
  • A nation is flagged but you expect it to be fine: a nation's published FIS quota on file overrides the rule default; check the FIS table before editing a cap.
