What it's for

An import or an uploaded form leaves CHECK on a row it could not settle (a code not on the list, a detail that disagrees). Once you have looked and the row is right, this sheet clears those flags in one press. Nothing is removed from the list, and the list cannot be published to the coaches while a CHECK remains.

Before you start

  • The CHECK rows looked at: the reason shows on hover on Manage Competitors.

Steps

  1. Open Entries › Clear CHECK flags. The sheet counts the competitors with a CHECK flag on the event and names them.
The flagged names, and the one press that clears them
    The Clear CHECK flags sheet
  2. Press Clear N flags. Rows that could not be cleared are listed with the reason.
  3. Press Close.

What is not cleared

A coach's own entry keeps its CHECK until a person presses ✓ Entry form received on the row — a form has to be seen by someone, or arrive through the Inbox or the public form. The sheet says how many are held that way.

What success looks like

The CHECK counter on Manage Competitors reads 0 and the publish bar no longer refuses.

If something goes wrong

  • A flag comes back on the next import: the underlying detail (code, nation, year) still disagrees with the list. Fix the row in Modify competitor.
