Delete selected…
Delete the impulses, times and desk statuses of the competitors a filter picks; everyone else stays.
What it's for
Delete selected clears the timing of some competitors only — for example every racer in one category — and leaves everyone else exactly as recorded. The competitors are chosen with the competitor-field filter, the same one Entries uses.
Before you start
- The ACTIVE RACE picked in the header.
Steps
- Open Timing Desk › Delete selected… in the Data group of the rail.
- Tick the runs: Run 1, Run 2.
- Press ☰ Filter… and choose who. The dialog counts them (N competitors chosen) and lists their bibs.
Filter, then the chosen bibs - Press OK — delete.
What success looks like
The chosen bibs have no impulses, times or desk statuses on the ticked runs; every other row is unchanged.
If something goes wrong
- OK — delete is greyed: no filter has been set, so nobody is chosen.
- It cannot be undone here; the timing devices keep their own copy of every press.
