Pay sheet
Tick off entry fees at the desk, one box per race day; the same tick as the Paid column on the desktop.
What it's for
Entry fees at the desk, on a phone. One question per athlete and day: has this person paid? The tick is the same Paid column the organiser sees in Manage Competitors.
Steps
- Tap ⚙︎ › Payments. The header shows the event and N/M paid.
One card per athlete, one box per race day - If the club has more than one event, pick it from the list at the top. Filter with All · Unpaid · Paid, the nation list, All · Men · Women, and A–Z (nation first, then last name).
- Tap a day's box to mark it paid; tap again to undo. ✓ Mark all N paid settles every day of a meeting in one tap.
A day the athlete is not on shows ✕ NR (pulled, or Not racing by their coach): no fee, nothing to tap. If money was taken for a day that later went NR the box still says paid. UNPAID in red on an open box means the club has switched on "no paid tick, no race".
What success looks like
The box turns green with a tick, the header count goes up, and the organiser's desktop shows the same tick.
If something goes wrong
- That didn't save. Check your signal and tap again. — the tick was rolled back; nothing was recorded.
- No live event to take payments for, or this phone isn't an organiser on this ROC. — activate the event, or ask for the admin tick.
