What it's for

The same act as the desktop's publish: the coaches see the day's list the moment it is published and locked, and claim their racers on it. One screen, four choices: event, race day, which list, one button.

Before you start

  • A timer identity on this phone, or a club admin seat for the club on screen.
  • The club you are switched to at the top of Chats is the club whose events you see.

Steps

  1. Tap 👤 › 📣 Publish to coaches, or ⚙︎ › Coaches' list.
Race day cards, then the list and the button
    Publish to coaches
  2. With more than one event, pick it under EVENT.
  3. Tap the race day. Each card says NOT PUBLISHED, PUBLISHED or PUBLISHED · LOCKED, with how many are published, to go, and on CHECK.
  4. Under WHICH LIST tap Men, Women or Men + Women.
  5. Tap the big button; it names the list, for example Publish the men's list for day 1. Tap it again on Tap again to send within six seconds. The coaches are pinged in Race Relay, and emailed the first time.

Once published:

  • 📣 Notify coaches again re-sends the ping.
  • 🔒 List Locked — tap to edit takes the day back to edit it; while it is unlocked the coaches cannot see the day at all. 🔓 Edit List — tap to lock hands it back and notifies them.

What success looks like

✅ and the server's own line, the card reads PUBLISHED · LOCKED, and the coaches' Your athletes screen shows the day.

If something goes wrong

  • This event has no race days yet. — set up the race days on the desktop first.
  • The day's card is missing a gender: the gender lives on the race; a combined race goes out with either choice.
