Organiser tools
The club admin's screen on the phone: active event, coaches' list, payments, people, groups.
What it's for
Everything a club admin does on race morning without opening a laptop. Only admins of the club on screen see the ⚙︎ button.
Steps
- Tap ⚙︎ top right on Chats (or on the club's card).
Organiser tools: admins of this club only - Pick a card.
The cards
- Active event — the event the app is live for. Tap it, pick an event from the club's upcoming events, or Stand down — no active event. Activating creates the event's Race Relay group and is what makes chats and documents belong to it (see Activate an event).
- Coaches' list — Publish a day · lock and unlock · notify the coaches. Shown when this phone holds a timer identity (see Publish to coaches).
- Check your athletes — the coaches' screen, acting as the club (see Claim athletes).
- Payments — tick off who has paid, per race day (see Pay sheet).
- Record & summary — the jury trail (see Record).
- People — one card per person in the club (see People).
- Groups — the club's groups with member counts and anyone waiting; + New group makes one. Tap a group to manage it (see Manage a group).
- WhatsApp forward groups — up to two WhatsApp groups (name + invite link from WhatsApp › Group info › Invite link). Admin phones then get a 🟢 → group button when holding a message or document; it copies the text and opens that group, and you paste and send inside WhatsApp.
- You › Your profile — your own Settings.
What success looks like
The Active event row shows the event's name with a green dot, and the club card on Chats names it.
If something goes wrong
- No upcoming events — create one on the ROC site first. Only the club's future-dated events can be activated.
- No ⚙︎ on Chats: this phone is not a club admin. A club admin promotes you under People › ⬆ Make club admin.
