What it's for

Settings is yours, not the club's: how this phone pings, who you are, and which staff or coach profile the phone holds.

Tap 👤 top right on Chats (an admin can also reach it from Organiser tools › Your profile).

Settings: notifications first, then the app, privacy and you
Change what you need. Your name and Phone (optional) save with Save; everything else saves as you tap.

Notifications — the phone's switch and 📳 Send me a test ping. See Notifications.
This app — 📲 Install this app › How (or ✅ Installed on this phone), and 📱 Your devices › Manage › (see Devices).
Privacy — 🟢 Show when I was last online (only people in the same group see it; off hides theirs from you too) and 🔒 Turn off messages from people I don't know.
Your photo — 📷 Add a photo; shown to the people in your groups, never in the public chat.
Your name — changes everywhere you appear, in every group.
Email — your identity; organisers use it to invite you to other races. It cannot be changed here.
✉️ Add an email — prove another email from this phone; it joins the same you.
📲 New phone? Bring my chats — on a new phone, get a code by email and bring every chat across.
Your profile — the profile this phone is in the club shown at the top of the app. With none connected it offers Race Bureau, TD and Coach sign-in; a coach signs in inside the app. The club you work in is the switcher at the top of Chats, not a setting here.
📣 Publish to coaches — on a timer's phone (see Publish to coaches).
🎿 Check your athletes — on a coach's phone, or for a club admin acting as the club (see Claim athletes).

Saved ✓ after a name change, and the new name on your messages in every group.
