One card per person in the club: their groups, devices and roles; promote, add to a group, ban or remove.
What it's for
The whole club as people, not rows per phone. A person with two phones is one card, with their groups, device count and roles.
Steps
- Tap ⚙︎ › People.
One card per person, the whole club - Type in Search a name, role or group… when the list is long.
- Tap a person to open their actions: ⬆ Make club admin (or ⬇ Demote to member), ＋ Add to group…, 🚫 Ban, 🗑 Remove from club….
Remove from club is one act: every chat on every device, and their coach, timer or TD access to this club. Tap again on Tap again — removes EVERYTHING. You get a receipt, ✅ Removed — verified: 0 active rows, 0 roles left; no door lets them back without your approval. Their account and any other club are untouched.
What success looks like
The person's card shows CLUB ADMIN after a promotion, and the ⚙︎ button appears on their phone.
If something goes wrong
- ⚠ Removed — check needed — the re-check found something left; open the person again and run the removal once more.
